Once you join and create a Gig, you are automatically labeled as a New Seller. In order to start climbing up the level system, we encourage you to work hard and play fair.

Level 1 Seller
Overview
There are few requirements you’ll need to meet in order to reach Level 1. This is an entirely automatic process – Set algorithms will evaluate your performance for the past 30 days based on set parameters, and if you meet the standards, you’ll be ranked as a Level One Seller.
Requirements
- Complete at least 30 days as an active Seller
- Complete at least 10 individual orders (all time)
- Earn at least $200
- Maintain a 4.8 star rating over the course of 30 days
- 90% Response rate over the course of 30 days
- 90% Order completion over the course of 30 days
- 90% On-time Delivery over the course of 30 days
- Avoiding receiving warnings over the course of 30 days

Overview
It’s time to step up your game. Level Two status isn’t easy to achieve, but it’s worth it. This is an automatic process – set algorithms will evaluate your performance for the past 60 days based on set conditions, and if you meet the standards, you’ll be ranked as a Level 2 Seller.
Requirements
- Complete at least 120 days as an active Seller
- Complete at least 50 individual orders (all time)
- Earn at least $1,000
- Maintain a 4.8 star rating over the course of 60 days
- 90% Response rate over the course of 60 days
- 90% Order completion over the course of 60 days
- 90% On-time Delivery over the course of 60 days
- Avoiding receiving warnings over the course of 30 days

Please note that this is a manual process – once you meet the following requirements, we will look back on your performance. Once our team confirms your eligibility, you’ll be ranked as a Top Rated Seller.

- Complete at least 180 days as an active Seller
- Complete at least 100 individual orders (all time)
- Earn at least $10,000
- Maintain a 4.9 star rating over the course of 60 days
- 95% Response rate over the course of 60 days
- 95% Order completion over the course of 60 days
- 95% On-time delivery over the course of 60 days
- Avoiding receiving warnings over the course of 30 days
